Derby based grinding and honing machinery supplier SSP Technology Ltd are looking for a Service/Application Engineer for our demonstration facility in Melbourne, Derbyshire - extending to customer service in the UK and Ireland.
We are the exclusive UK distributors for Pemamo honing machines, Schneeberger grinding machines, Palmary and Dama grinding machines, Wimmer cut-off machines and Schilling part-marking systems.
Who is the job right for?
The position would suit someone with basic engineering experience, a high level of computer literacy and electrical knowledge and the willingness to be trained. You will sometimes be required to work overseas and therefore must possess a clean driving driving licence.
The candidate could be expected to spend one to two nights per week away from home, sometimes abroad whilst training.
Salary
Salary will be based on your current level of experience, but could include a company vehicle, pension and expenses.
